There are a few options to help with water spots. The first is to squeegee your shower after every use. If you're ordering a new shower, consider purchasing glass with an Enduro Shield coating. Or you can order ShowerGuard® glass, which is a specialty glass integrated with an advanced coating that protects from heat, hard water, soap residue and other harmful elements.

While we do represent a wide selection of window and door manufacturers, we cannot represent them all. If your original order was not through SGC we will be happy to look at the product you had installed. However, if SGC is not a dealer for your installed product line, it's possible the manufacturer will not sell service parts to us to address the product's service needs.
Yes, all windows are available with or without a coating called "Low-E". Low-E was developed to greatly minimize the levels of ultraviolet rays that pass through glass. This coating is very effective and doesn't impact the clarity of the glass, although it does have a very slight green hue.
Tempered glass is special ordered product that's heat treated and is approximately 4X stronger than a standard-ordered piece of glass. It's generally referred to as "safety glass" and when broken it will shatter into many small pieces that tend to stay in place. Due to the characteristics of this type of glass we cannot cut down an existing product.
